Mei Yanase
Mei Yanase (簗瀬 芽依, Yanase Mei), nicknamed Yananchou, is the class representative who is very serious about everything and she is very competitive that she even takes competing with her friend Nao Manaka seriously.
Etymology[]
- The name Mei means "bud, sprout" (芽) (me) and "rely on" (依) (i).
- Mei's surname Yanase means "fish trap, weir, (kokuji)" (簗) (yana) and "swift current, rapids" (瀬) (se).
